Wellfocused is the voluntary employee wellness program at Lancaster General Health. Our goal is to support your health and well-being by providing programs and resources to help you develop and build skills for a healthier, happier life.
The FY25 Wellfocused program (July 2024 – June 2025) is designed to provide you with easy to access tools and resources that support you wherever you are in your health and wellness journey.
Reward$
Participate in the activities that support you and earn points. Earn cash rewards in your paycheck when you reach each point level until June 2025!
- Explore (500 points) = $75.00 in your paycheck
- Grow (1,500 points) = +$75.00 in your paycheck
- Succeed (3,000 points) = +$100.00 in your paycheck
- Thrive (5,000 points) = +$150 in your paycheck
Eligibility
All regular employees of Lancaster General Health are eligible to participate in the Wellfocused program – including MRI Group, and Penn Home Health employees. Temporary employees (casual temps & contracted), student interns, spouses and non-LG-paid individuals are not eligible to participate in the Wellfocused program.
